"My experience wasn’t as great as most. I switch my insurance coverage to save at the beginning. Was given a great price and then my bill went from $320 to $500. I called and they couldn’t explain. I was told I would get a call back in 15 mins and never heard back, I also emailed Rex and texted the number and received nothing. I called a few days later and he said that the discount paperwork wasn’t received in the main office and that he’d take care of it. Never heard back from him again. I canceled my policy and switch to Geico! I received a check for $14. Wasn’t backdated for the error they made and I still have yet to receive a call or email from him regarding my reimbursement. Horrible all the way around."
"Dear Tessa, We are truly saddened that the premiums went up. We assure you, we did everything possible to retroactively adjust your premium increase back down. Unfortunately when discounts are awarded to the front end, it must have the proper documentation submitted by the due date, in order to keep the discounts. We truly wish we could have been successful in assisting, however the final decision was out of our hands and determined by company policy."
